PROCUREMENT TERMS
Wildly Illuminating is pleased to provide our fee proposal for the procurement of luminaires/light fittings on your behalf. It is understood you have reviewed and approved the consolidated package of lighting documentation and budgetary schedule with ref [22026.BDGT.01.RevJ] provided by Wildly Illuminating.
Our Deliverables
Obtain pro forma/s for all luminaire/light fittings, passing on 100% trade discounts to you;
Track delivery times;
Receive and check luminaires/light fittings upon delivery;
Label fittings to correspond with RCP and Schedule for easy installation;
Store and insure luminaires/light fittings for up to 26 weeks;
Delivery is an additional charge, hourly rates apply, plus vehicle hire (if required).
Our Fees and Conditions
Wildly Illuminating will share the Supplier relationship discount, a fixed fee of [ 20 % ] (ex GST) of the price of the supplier’s invoice plus hourly rates for time and correspondence pertaining to receiving, checking and labelling.
Unless otherwise stated, the Goods and Services tax in the budget schedule has not been included and will be charged where applicable.
Wildly Illuminating requires 100% upfront payment of the luminaires/light fittings prior to placing the order with the supplier.
Discounts acquired by Wildly Illuminating from each supplier are passed on, in full, to you. Wildly Illuminating does not receive any commission from these transactions.
Wildly Illuminating will follow-up orders and delivery times from the suppliers, however availability and delivery of goods is subject to supplier/manufacturer lead times, typically 4- 8 weeks from payment date.
Wildly Illuminating will endeavour to make the procurement process as seamless as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances outside our control.
The warranty for all light fittings is held by the client. Wildly Illuminating are not liable for any cost involved with fitting faults, replacements, removal/ installation costs or fault finding. Any assistance required for warranty issues can be supplied at hourly rates. Alternatively, the supplier can be contacted directly via their details on the luminaire schedule.
Any changes to the design specification or any bespoke product may result in extra charges being incurred, and a delay in delivery. Bespoke products may be subject to a minimum order quantity.
Deficiencies: any deficiencies that are not due to WI mistake or negligence, including but not limited to: lights received damaged/ contrary to order/ etc; will be rectified by WI at hourly rates, charged to the client
